Abstract: The article defines the directions of increasing the level of public trust in the state&#xD;
administration system in the sphere of national secutity in Ukraine. In addition, the need&#xD;
to include in the Constitution of Ukraine a norm that defines the following structure of&#xD;
the public administration system: state institutions and local self-government bodies is&#xD;
well-founded. These proposals involve taking into account the basic provisions of&#xD;
fundamental science regarding the structure of the public administration system.&#xD;
Today, state authorities and local self-government are called upon to:&#xD;
– be based on the legal component of the organization of the state system;&#xD;
– to form and function for the population, taking into account its needs and&#xD;
interests;&#xD;
- to create an opportunity for citizens to realize their labor and intellectual potential&#xD;
through active participation in the organization of local self-government;&#xD;
- promptly respond to constant changes in the legislation of Ukraine and bring the&#xD;
principles and methods of their work into line;&#xD;
- to implement measures that ensure strengthening of issues of livelihood of the&#xD;
population of municipal entities, i.e. at an appropriate level, to ensure the resolution of&#xD;
issues of local importance;&#xD;
- constantly improve your professional and managerial level;&#xD;
- to interact with local self-government bodies of other municipal entities, both in&#xD;
their own and in other regions, in order to exchange experience in solving the most166&#xD;
significant problems and issues;&#xD;
– to be open to the public in informing about their management activities;&#xD;
- develop and implement internal development projects of municipalities, including&#xD;
with the active participation of the local community;&#xD;
- to concentrate the political function of the population's participation in selfgovernment, i.e. to be the political platform on which a person with an active life position&#xD;
can realize his interests through elections, work in the local administration or participate&#xD;
in territorial public self-government;&#xD;
- to find a compromise when the interests of political and economic groups and the&#xD;
population as a whole collide in order to achieve a balance of stable development of&#xD;
regions and communities;&#xD;
- bear responsibility for all processes taking place on the territory of the municipal&#xD;
entity, even if some of them do not belong to the direct competence of local authorities,&#xD;
etc.</description>

Abstract: The article examines the factors that determine gender equality in the system of&#xD;
state policy, and determines its role and place in state policy. The effective use of the&#xD;
potential of Ukrainian citizens - men and women - in state policy and management is&#xD;
hindered by the double standards that exist in our society, when the equality of rights and&#xD;
opportunities for people of both sexes is officially recognized, but is rejected in everyday&#xD;
practices based on traditional ideas about the roles of men and women in the family and&#xD;
society. The contradiction between the existence of an objective request of society for a&#xD;
wider use in public management of social resources, including gender, and the insufficient&#xD;
development of this topic in domestic scientific researches of politics and public&#xD;
administration is determined.</description>

Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of strategies of business process&#xD;
digitalization in local government institutions.&#xD;
The author proves that the model of business based on the network of interaction,&#xD;
the domain of the digital platform, is absolutely efficient in the digital economy and&#xD;
provides its companies with an inapplicable competitive advantage. Progressive&#xD;
companies of traditional business, whose business model cannot be transformed, seeking&#xD;
to maintain their business and acquire competitive advantages in the digital environment,&#xD;
found an outlet in a hybrid approach that suggests the unification of several types of&#xD;
business models.&#xD;
Digital technologies have a significant impact on the possible kinds of digital&#xD;
business models. New business models define new operating models, so prioritizing the&#xD;
latest inhibits the digital transformation of the company: the integration of digital&#xD;
technologies into existing operating models can increase the efficiency of business, but&#xD;
will not lead to a breakthrough increase in income.&#xD;
New business models based on digital technologies and, among other things, on&#xD;
digital platforms provide companies with unique competitive advantages in the&#xD;
transforming economy and have only limited success in traditional business.</description>

Abstract: The article discusses the issue of actualization of alternative energy sources in&#xD;
connection with the deterioration of the situation in the energy sector caused by the&#xD;
military aggression of the Russian Federation.&#xD;
Alternative sources of energy, both renewable and which can be included in&#xD;
secondary processing, are proposed as a factor of environmental security of the state.&#xD;
Current issues of the green development course of partner states and leader states in the&#xD;
field of alternative energy sources and increasing the impact of decarbonization on&#xD;
society are highlighted. Ways of supporting and rejuvenating the state's economy by&#xD;
loading free production capacities are considered.</description>
