Abstract

The scientists presented the results of generalization of the theoretical concepts, empirical studies, and practical experience of using modern innovative and information technologies in education and science, economics and management, in the development of civil society. The scientific search of the authors has shown that using modern innovative and information technologies in the development of civil society reflects the objective need to consider them as an integral part of the social system, that plays a special role in the development of mankind. Thus, modern innovation and information technologies are the driving force of the development of society, requiring the participation of all elements of the social system in its formation by using the methods described by the authors in the monograph as well as those that continue to be developed and tested.
