Вплив мікроволластониту на вогнестійкість та експлуатаційні характеристики силіконових люмінесцентних матеріалів

Abstract

To create luminescent evacuation signs, a two-layer protective coating is proposed, in which instead of two ingredients of reflective layer (Al2O3 and halloysite), only one filler (microwollasto¬nite) can be used. It is shown that its use allows to increase the physical and mechanical properties of the coating while maintaining a high intensity and duration of afterglow. For substrate of white colour it is possible to apply only a single-layer coating. The developed technique of coating application ensures environmental safety and reduces the cost of obtaining it.
