Abstract

In the article, continuous and long-term real-time operational monitoring of hazard sources for the normal functioning of critical infrastructure facilities of the city is supposed to be carried out by combining ground-based automated devices for controlling acoustic space and passive location of hazard sources into a monitoring system, as well as receiving and processing information from ground-based acoustic devices control by the situational center, the functioning of which is connected with the system for the implementation of anti-crisis decisions to prevent, localize and eliminate the consequences of emergency situations.
