dc.description.abstractThe basic principles of dynamic images compression method creation of a stationary background on the basis of differential provided frame formation are justified. The technology of differential provided frame partition on components is developed: dynamic component, binary mask of a stationary background and matrix of signs, with their subsequent processing. It is shown that the developed encoding technique provides potential opportunities for abbreviation of volume and additional increase in a compression ratio of stationary background dynamic images, and as a whole leads to abbreviation of time for their processing. © 2022 IEEE.uk_UA
