Abstract

The problem of definition and normative regulation of co-authorship is relevant in the process of future specialists of the Civil Protection Service professional education. The research clarifies the essence of authorship and co-authorship and related concepts in the context of future specialists of the Civil Protection Service professional education. The features of authorship and co-authorship are determined, as well as the legal aspects of copyright relations and the peculiarities of co-authorship agreement are outlined. Criteria for setting comparative characteristics of divisible and indivisible co-authorship are proposed. The description of rights and opportunities of scientific and scientific-technical individual activity is made. The peculiarities of civil capability of authors are clarified and the grounds for limiting their civil capability are determined.
