dc.description.abstractEmotional burnout is currently a complex, multicomponent phenomenon and there is no clear understanding of its essence. Ukraine is on the list of countries where there is no diagnosis of “burnout” yet. It is not customary to discuss this topic in the country. Businesses do not want to raise this issue due to certain threats, in particular the loss of qualified personnel. And for an employee of a Ukrainian company to admit the existence of such a problem is a shame. It is very difficult for people to come to terms with the fact that they are “burnt out.” The work analyzes and systematizes the essence, main causes and differences of emotional burnout in women and men, and also describes preventive measures aimed at reducing the syndrome of emotional burnout in the labor process and overcoming its consequences.uk_UA
