Abstract

It was substantiated that the national security is determined by the processes of institutionalization is defended. They, in turn, are ensured by such elements of the system of state administration as institutional and legal mechanisms. Their operational principles are defined in the Law of Ukraine "On National Security of Ukraine". It was established that the implementation of this law in the foreign policy sphere requires clarification of concepts of domestic legislation.
