ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЕ УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННЫМ РАЗВИТИЕМ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРА УКРАИНЫ

Abstract

The paper presents the results of research on the directions of development of the Ukrainian economy, in particular, the agrarian sector. According to calculations, in 2017 the share of agriculture (along with hunting and forestry) in the total gross value added of all sectors of the economy was 10.2%. At the expense of all sources of financing in 2017, Ukraine's economy absorbed UAH 448.4 billion, which is by 24.8% more than in the previous year. Investments in agriculture account for 27.2%, respectively, against 2016. It has been established that over the past 5 years in the field of agriculture, the growth rate of profits outpaced the growth rate of investments almost twice, while at the same time in industry they have equally low growth rates. In 2016 in the agricultural sector 50.4 billion UAH. investment provided 90.6 billion UAH. profits, and the industry despite 117.7 billion UAH. investment was unprofitable at 11.8 billion UAH. However, the level of investment is still rather low, therefore, the state needs to increase annual aid to the farmers to 45 billion UAH
