| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті проаналізовано можливості та ефективність використання дистантних форм психологічного консультування представників постраждалих спільнот України. Загалом, дистантні форми надання психологічної допомоги набуваються все більшої популярності у всьому світі завдяки певним перевагам для клієнта: анонімності, просторової зручності, необмеженості в часі, широкого вибору психологів-консультантів тощо. При цьому існують деякі суттєві недоліки дистантного консультування: вірогідність потрапити на дилетанта, неможливість або обмеженість візуального контакту, залежність від технічних засобів, неможливість використання деяких психотехнологій консультування тощо. У статті розглянуті форми, методи, засоби проведення та аналіз консультативного процесу, який опосередкований технічними засобами. Доведено, що в цілому дистантне консультування може ефективно використовуватися в тих випадках, коли для цього є об’єктивні та суб’єктивні передумови. |
| Опис: | Abstract. The article analyzes the problems of capacity and efficiency distant forms of counseling members of affected communities in Ukraine. Overall, distant forms of psychological support gained increasing popularity throughout the world due to certain advantages for the client: anonymity, spatial comfort unboundedness time, a wide selection of psychologists-consultants and others. However, there are some fundamental flaws of the distance consultation: chance to get to the amateur, the inability or limited eye contact, dependence on technical equipment, inability to use certain рsychotechnologies counseling and more. In the article the forms, methods and tools of analysis and consultation process, which is mediated by technical means. It is proved that the whole of distant counseling can be effectively used in cases when there are objective and subjective conditions.
