Короткий огляд (реферат): The modern rhythm of life creates an excessive psychological and physical stress on the person, which leads to the formation of additional options in the service sector. The article suggests considering event as one of the tools for social and psychological research of consumers in the hotel and restaurant business. The efficiency of using the organized event as an influencing factor on the formation of the quality of the provided service has been proved. Also, the authors propose to use the Method of unfinished sentences as way to study expectations and needs of clients regarding service services in the field of hotel and restaurant business. The article presents the results of a study in this service sector using the Method of unfinished sentences.
