Короткий огляд (реферат): The effect of alternating galvanostatic and cyclic modes of its deposition on polyaniline growth was studied. A combined method for the electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline is proposed.The combined method of producing polyaniline can increase the productivity of the synthesis process, as well as maintain high conductivity and film adhesion to the substrate and reduce its degradation. A combined method for the electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline is proposed.
Опис: For experimental comparison of different methods on graphitized butyl rubber substrates, a polyaniline film was synthesized in a cyclic way (method C1), galvanostatically (method G1) and in a combined mode (cyclically at v = 0.1 V•s-1, t = 15 min; galvanostatically at j = 3 mA•cm-2, t = 15 min; cyclically at v = 0.1 V•s-1, t = 15 min). According to the results of the experiment, it can be seen that the electrode made by the combined method surpasses the electrode made by the G1 method in all respects and is not inferior to the electrode made by the C1 method, requiring significantly less synthesis time. In addition, in a combined way, for the same period of time, more polyaniline can be obtained, which guarantees an increase in the electrode capacity. The synergistic effect observed during combined synthesis, as can be assumed, is explained by the fact that a large number of polyaniline film nuclei are formed at the cyclic stage than during galvanostatic synthesis, but the fiber length increases more intensively at the second stage of the combined mode. The consequence of this is the experimentally observed decrease in the mass difference of polyaniline obtained by galvanostatic and combined methods with an increase in the synthesis time. The final cycling of the film in accordance with the results of studying degradation processes helps to restore the bonds of polyaniline with the substrate and change the nature of its subsequent degradation. The combined method of producing polyaniline can increase the productivity of the synthesis process, as well as maintain high conductivity and film adhesion to the substrate and reduce its degradation.
