| Abstract: | В результате анализа вместимости и времени заполнения пожароубежищ высотных зданий выявлена их концептуальная несостоятельность. Предложена система ступенчатой эвакуации из высотных зданий на основе использования технических средств спасения и пожаробезопасных зон, оборудованных в технических этажах. |
| Description: | As a result of the analysis of capacity and filling time of fire refuges of highrise buildings their conceptual inconsistency is revealed. The system of step evacuation from high-rise buildings on the basis of a use of rescue devices and the fireproof zones equipped in technical floors is offered. |
