Abstract:	У статті розглянуто основні типи та напрями державної гендерної політики, які важливо визначити для визначення основних процесів політичної модернізації суспільства, що ведуть до створення нових форм демократії, які наділяють статусом політичного суб’єкту, дискримінованих груп, у тому числі жінок. Визначена концепція паритетної демократії, яка передбачає рівну участь чоловіків і жінок у політичних процесах, тому що вони володіють рівною гідністю і рівною цінністю, кожен і кожна з них можуть бути по-своєму корисні суспільству в рівній мірі.
Description:	The article considers the main types and directions of state gender policy, which are important to identify to determine the main processes of political modernization of society, leading to the creation of new forms of democracy that give the status of political entity, discriminated groups, including women. The concept of parity democracy is defined, which provides for equal participation of men and women in political processes, because they have equal dignity and equal value, each and every one of them can be useful to society in its own way.
