Abstract:	У статті розглянуто питання становища жінок у суспільстві, розширення їх прав та можливостей, проблеми залучення жінок у суспільне життя в якості активних її учасників є актуальними для багатьох країн. Розглянуто феномен «тихої жіночої революції в світовому масштабі», тобто проникнення жінок в політичні й ділові кола суспільства, або про одну з перемог революцій минулого століття. Позиції жінок в громадських і політичних структурах, що значно змінилися за останній час, проте гендерні відносини як і раніше залишаються найбільш проблематичними й напруженими в політичній сфері суспільства. Вивчена система виховання в українській культурі, яка спрямована на постійне відтворення схем і сценаріїв, в яких зафіксована слабка жіноча позиція. Одночасно в суспільстві складаються міфи про рівноправні положення жінок на заході й нестабільному положенні жінки в українському суспільстві. Подібна подвійність в репрезентації становища жінок в політиці, суспільстві, а також в громадській свідомості й дискурсі, зумовлює необхідність мультипарадигмальності підходу до вивчення даного питання. Ситуація парадоксальності й розриву між декларованим і фактичним, між стереотипом і реальністю характерна для сучасного українського суспільства. Проведено аналіз зміни в політичному знанні й політичних практиках внаслідок включення гендерної проблематики. Дана мета конкретизується через демонстрацію протиріччя між декларативною і фактичною гендерною рівноправністю в політиці України.
Description:	At the statti, the nutritional status of women’s camp at the support, the expansion of women’s rights and opportunities, the problems of women’s getting at the support life in the capacity of active participants are relevant for the country. The phenomenon of "quiet life revolution on a light scale" is discerned, so that women penetrate into the political days of the cola of the suspension, for about one revolution of the last century. Positions of women in large and political structures, which have significantly changed in the last hour, have become the most problematic and problematic strains in the political sphere of the suspension. The system of vikhovannya in the Ukrainian culture is evolved, as it is based on the post-production of schemes and scenarios, in which the weakness of the woman's position is fixed. One hour in the suspension there is a myth about the equal position of women in the unstable situation of women in the Ukrainian suspension. There is a subtlety in the representation of women’s camp in politics, support, as well as in the community’s discourse, there is a sense of the need for multiparadigm to approach this meal. The situation of paradoxicality and development between declared and factual, between stereotypes and reality is characteristic of the bitter Ukrainian suspension. An analysis of the change was carried out in political knowledge of political practices in addition to the inclusion of gender issues. Given meta to be concretized through the demonstration of contradiction between declarative and factual gender equality in the politics of Ukraine.
