| Abstract: | The article analyzes the domestic and foreign experience of higher education funding. The basic principles and mechanisms of public administration funding of higher education institutions are outlined. The main components of the recommended three-component model of funding in the framework of higher education reform are identified, as well as the conditions and positive consequences of implementation of this model in Ukraine. |
