| Abstract: | Розглянуто питання щодо діяльності МОП у сфері опрацювання різнобічних аспектів соціальної політики та соціального захисту. Доведено, що цій діяльності властиве оперативне реагування на різнобічні соціальні виклики, і вона не обмежується виданням нормативних актів відповідного спрямування та має всі ознаки системності. У ній вагомо підтверджується теза про те, що регулювання соціальнотрудових відносин складає важливу і невід’ємну частку державної соціальної політики у різних її проявах. |
| Description: | The issues concerning the International Labour Organization activities in the field of elaboration of various aspects of social policy and protection are considered. It is proved that these activities are characterized by rapid response to various social challenges, and they are not limited to the issuance of regulations in this area and have all the features of a system. It strongly confirms the thesis that the regulation of social and labor relations is an important and integral part of state social policy in its various manifestations. |
