| Abstract: | У статті запропоновано удосконалити перелік принципів розвитку та використання технологій штучного інтелекту, принципами стандартизованості, цифрової освіченості, довіри. Розглянуто поняття цифровізації суспільства; соціальної технологізації; роль держави у розбудові цифрового суспільства; сутність управлінської орієнтації технології соціальної діяльності (гуманістичною чи інструментальною). Обґрунтовано, що активне та ефективне використання технологій штучного інтелекту будуть трансформувати органи публічного управління у цифрові публічні адміністрації. |
| Description: | The article proposes to improve the list of principles of development and use of artificial intelligence technologies, principles of standardization, digital education, trust. The concept of digitalization of society is considered; social technologization; the role of the state in building a digital society; the essence of the managerial orientation of the technology of social activity (humanistic or instrumental). It is substantiated that the active and effective use of artificial intelligence technologies will transform public administration bodies into digital public administrations. |
