| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена аналізу проблем і питань, пов'язаних з фінансовими заходами підтримки малого і середнього підприємництва (далі МСП) в Україні, а також значущості МСП в розвитку сучасної ринкової економіки. У роботі проаналізований поточний стан сфери малого і середнього підприємництва і позиції України на міжнародній арені. Суб'єкти МСП значною мірою залежні не лише від нормативно-правової бази, але також і від економічної, фінансової, політичної підтримки з боку держави. У статті сформульований ряд проблем, що не дозволяють в належній мірі розвиватися суб'єктам МСП. Зроблений висновок про необхідність модернізації форм і методів регулювання взаємодії держави і суб'єктів МСП, а також вдосконалення механізму реалізації програм підтримки і гарантій на практиці. |
| Description: | The article shall be devoted to the analysis of problems and issues related to financial measures to support small and medium enterprises (hereinafter SMEs) in Ukraine and also the importance of SMEs in the development of a modern market economyThe article analyzes the current state of small and medium enterprises and Ukraine's position in the international arena. SMEs shall be largely dependent not only on the regulatory framework, but also on economic, financial, political support from the state. The article formulates a number of problems that do not allow SMEs to develop properly. The conclusion shall be made about the need to modernize the forms and methods of regulating the interaction of the state and SME entities and also to improve the mechanism of implementation of support programs and guarantees in practice. |
