Розкривається зміст та переваги підходу, що сприяє розвитку розумних міст як муніципальних утворень з розширеними можливостями прогресивного розвитку. Акцентується увага на політичних, географічних, економічних, соціальних та історичних передумовах перетворення муніципалітетів на розумні міста. Окреслюються напрями розвитку сучасних міст, що прагнуть застосування електронного урядування внутрішніх сервісів |
| Description: | The prospects for the introduction of SMART-approaches to the large cities’ development are investigated. The content and advantages of the approach that promotes the SMART-cities’ development as municipal entities with the advanced possibilities of progressive development are revealed. Attention is drawn to the political, geographic, economic, social and historical preconditions of the transformation of municipalities into «smart cities». The directions of modern cities’ development, which seek egovernment of internal services, are outlined |
