| Description: | The article considers the essence and content of personnel policy in improving the competitiveness of the region, its goals, roles and places in the management system, which allows to determine the levels of personnel policy, as well as to identify its subjects and objects - to identify all participants in socio-economic relations, and its impact on large social groups and meeting the needs of the population. |
