| Abstract: | Зазначено, що виявлення критеріїв аналізу зв'язків з громадськістю як процесу комунікації місцевої влади з громадськістю - це практична необхідність. З їх допомогою оцінюються витрачені зусилля, з'ясовується ступінь досягнення поставленої мети і завдань, які тісно пов'язані з діяльністю органів місцевого самоврядування. Вироблення конкретних методик для вимірювання ефективності зв'язків з громадськістю викликає безліч питань, як у практиків, так і у теоретиків. Більш того, цією проблемою більше стурбовані PRменеджери, які зацікавлені в пошуку науково обґрунтованих критеріїв ефективності зв'язків з громадськістю для обґрунтування конкретних програм зв'язків з громадськістю, або / та для звіту про виконану роботу. |
| Description: | It is noted that identifying the criteria for the analysis of public relations as a process of communication between local authorities and the public is a practical necessity. With their help the spent efforts are estimated, the degree of achievement of the set purpose and tasks which are closely connected with activity of local governments is found out. The development of specific methods for measuring the effectiveness of public relations raises many questions, both practitioners and theorists. Moreover, PR managers are more concerned with this problem, as they are interested in finding scientifically sound criteria for the effectiveness of public relations to justify specific public relations programs, and / or to report on the work done. |
