| Abstract: | Сформульовано інституційні передумови позиціонування управління соціально-економічною безпекою регіонів з позиції стратегічних пріоритетів їхнього соціально-економічного розвитку, суть яких полягає в тому, що значимість взаємозв'язку системи стратегування соціально-економічного розвитку та управління соціально-економічною безпекою регіону дозволяє мінімізувати та усунути ризики й загрози, що впливають не тільки на соціальноекономічну безпеку на регіональному рівні, а й на національну безпеку в цілому при цьому відмінною особливістю пропонованого підходу до визначення взаємозв'язку між стратегічними пріоритетами соціально-економічного розвитку регіону та забезпечення його соціально-економічної безпеки є те, що якщо регіональна соціально-економічна політика орієнтується на досягнення якісних змін в соціально-економічній системі регіону, то процес забезпечення соціальноекономічної безпеки виконує захисну функцію, орієнтовану на максимальне безпечне здійснення зазначених змін в соціально-економічній системі, при цьому процеси забезпечення соціально-економічної безпеки регіону є більш гнучкими і здатними адаптуватися до змін, що відбуваються на території регіону. |
| Description: | The institutional preconditions for positioning the management of socioeconomic security of regions from the standpoint of strategic priorities of their socioeconomic development are formulated, the essence of which is that the importance of the relationship between the system of socio-economic development and socio-economic security management minimizes and eliminates risks and threats that affect not only the socio-economic security at the regional level, but also national security in general, while the distinctive feature of the proposed approach to determining the relationship between the strategic priorities of socio-economic development of the region and ensuring its socio-economic security is that that if the regional socio-economic policy is focused on achieving qualitative changes in the socio-economic system of the region, the process of ensuring socio-economic security performs a protective function aimed at the maximum safe implementation of these changes in social -economic system, while the processes of socio-economic security of the region are more flexible and able to adapt to changes in the region. |
