Problem issues of training highly qualified personnel of higher education

Abstract

This article reveals the main features of the current state of higher education in Ukraine. The author of the article studies the directions of the process of reforming the training of highly qualified specialists for all spheres of the domestic educational system. By reasons with the process of European integration of national education, significant changes have occurred that affect many structural and substantial components of education. So, the author reveals the main changes, studies their essence and consequences for the Ukrainian higher school.
