Abstract: Destroyed dams, bridges, roads (Fig. 4.) and other important components of urban infrastructure all of this are the significant contributor to the pollution of surface waters and groundwater, soil and air. The air becomes so polluted that the conditions of human life become impossible. Water from underground sources and even from the city's centralized water supply system becomes unfit for consumption due to pollution. The agro-industrial complex in such conditions is completely paralyzed, which will be felt next year, when the country's stocks of crops run out. Contaminated lands will need long-term rehabilitation after massive technogenic impacts.
