ІНФОРМАЦІЙНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ У СФЕРІ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ ТА ПРОТИДІЇ ДОМАШНЬОМУ ТА ГЕНДЕРНО ЗУМОВЛЕНОМУ НАСИЛЬСТВУ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the research of the role of informational technologies in the system of implementation public policy on preventing and contracting domestic and gender-based violence in Ukraine. It was discovered, that the subjects of implementation public policy on preventing and contracting domestic and gender-based violence (public administration and local government, National police, educational and health care institutions, Ukrainian citizens) can actively use such informational technologies as official web-sites of the authorities and social organizations, governmental “hotline 15-47”, Internet, social networks, news agencies; information subsystem «An urgent injunction against the offender», «Diia. Digital education» educational series. It was determined, that the absence of Unified state register of domestic and gender-based violence cases hampers the effectivness of the public policy on preventing and contracting domestic and gender-based violence implementation. It was also found that the interaction of Ukrainian authorities with international social organizations facilitates rising effect of using informational technologies in form of interactive mobile applications for providing help and protection to survivors. It was proven that informational technologies facilitate the level of awareness of the community on forms, signs, reasons and consequences of domestic and genderbased violence; establishing coordinative interaction of subjects of implementation of the public policy on preventing and contracting domestic and gender-based violence; improvement of providing social services to survivors of domestic and gender-based violence quality. It was substantiated that informational technologies directed on reaching gender equality, expanding the rights and opportunities of women and men are becoming an efficient tool of implementing the public policy on preventing and contracting domestic and gender-based violence
