Abstract:	У статті розглянуто державні фінансові інструменти, які пропонуються малому і середньому підприємництву для вирішення проблеми його розвитку в контексті створення конкурентоспроможного бізнесу, а також підвищення ефективності державної підтримки фінансовими ресурсами. Акцентовано на необхідності аналізу відповідності поставлених в процесі державної підтримки цілей, обсягів залучених фінансових ресурсів і результатами, отриманими від застосованих фінансових інструментів.
Description:	The article examines state financial instruments that are offered to small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the problem of their development in the context of creating a competitive business, as well as increasing the effectiveness of state support with financial resources. Emphasis is placed on the need to analyze the compliance of the goals set in the process of state support, the amount of financial resources involved and the results obtained from the financial instruments used.
