| Abstract: | Проведене дослідження базується на тому постулаті, що міжнародна та європейська інтеграція охоплюють усі найбільш важливі сфери суспільних відносин нашої держави, у тому числі і сферу охорони праці. Власне, і сприйняття нормативно-правового забезпечення та передового досвіду країн ЄС має розглядатися в якості одного з пріоритетів вдосконалення зазначеної частки соціальнотрудових відносин. Додатково обґрунтовано положення про те, що процес вдосконалення організаційно-правового механізму адаптації національного законодавства до міжнародних та європейських стандартів має ґрунтуватися на розгалуженому зарубіжному законодавстві та на наявній основі унормування сфери охорони праці в нашій країні. |
| Description: | The conducted research is based on the postulate that international and European integration cover all the most important spheres of social relations of our state, including the sphere of labor protection. As a matter of fact, the perception of regulatory and legal support and best practices of the EU countries should be considered as one of the priorities for improving the specified share of social and labor relations. In addition, the provision that the process of improving the organizational and legal mecha nism of adaptation of national legislation to international and European standards should be based on extensive foreign legislation and on the existing basis of standardizing the field of labor protection in our country is substantiated. |
