| Description: | The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of state antimonopoly policy. Peculiarities and contradictions of regulatory and legal support of the state antimonopoly policy in Ukraine are determined. The main reasons for the monopolization of certain branches of the national economy have been identified. Directions for improving the state antimonopoly policy in Ukraine are proposed. |
