| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The article substantiates the important directions of patriotic education and defines their tasks within the framework of the youth policy implementation. The priorities for the state youth policy development at the regional level are analyzed. Factors restraining the development of youth potential as a full-fledged subject of youth policy are systematized. The author dwells on the program-target mechanism of the state youth policy development. It is noted that patriotic education is one of the main priorities of the state youth policy. |
