| Abstract: | The article analyzes the development and current state of NATO's regulatory and legal framework in the security sphere. Directions for finalizing the domestic legal framework in the specified area are determined. It is justified to make changes to the Law of Ukraine "On the National Security of Ukraine" and the Strategy on the National Security of Ukraine, in particular, the provisions that determine the process of strategic planning and its information and analytical support. |
