| Abstract: | The paper presents a method of assessing the risk to public health due to atmospheric air pollution in accordance with the ERA methodology. The probability of the occurrence of diseases of the population as a result of atmospheric air pollution in regions of Ukraine differing in the level of anthropogenic load has been determined. A comparative analysis of the risk to public health showed the danger of additional cases of diseases, especially of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. The results of the research presented in the article are relevant when making scientifically based management decisions in the field of environmental safety and ensuring comfortable conditions for human life |
