| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто процеси розробки й впровадження заходів енергозбереження як інструменту управління енергоефективністю, який враховує особливості функціонування систем його нергозабезпечення. Також формалізовано основні етапи реалізації заходів з енергозбереження, запропоновано перелік енергозберігаючих заходів. Доведено, що обґрунтування заходів з енергозбереження зводиться до оптимізації витрат на їх проведення. Загалом висока енергоємність економіки України є наслідком особливостей її структури, зміщеної у бік високоенергомістких галузей, неефективного споживання енергії та істотного технологічного відставання більшості галузей економіки від рівня розвинених країн |
| Description: | The article examines the processes of development and implementation of energy saving measures as an energy efficiency management tool, which takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of its energy supply systems. The main stages of implementation of energy-saving measures have also been formalized, and a list of energy-saving measures has been proposed. It has been proven that the justification of energy saving measures comes down to the optimization of costs for their implementation. In general, the high energy intensity of Ukraine's economy is a consequence of the peculiarities of its structure, which is shifted towards high-energy-intensive industries, inefficient energy consumption, and the significant technological lag of most sectors of the economy compared to the level of developed countries |
