| Abstract: | The food products shelf life extending problem is considered. It is shown that these substances disinfecting least harmful way is treatment with γ- or β-ionizing radiation. The technical feasibility assessment of setting up such an impact was carried out using the grain silo example in stationary storage conditions. |
