| Abstract: | The moral obsolescence of means of detecting explosive objects in relation to the development of mine weapons entails a discrepancy in the availability of mine countermeasures and their needs in the units of the State Emergency Service. This brings to the fore questions about the capabilities of units, their speed, efficiency and, most importantly, the preservation of life. |
