| Abstract: | В данній статті досліджено позитивний досвід країн Північної Європи в конструюванні соціальної політики гендерної рівноправності. Проаналізовані нормативно-правові бази цих держав, в яких закреплені механізми забезпечення принципу рівності статей. Відмічена багатогранність і системність у складанні стратегій та напрямів соціальної політики та соціальної практики рівноправності чоловіків та жінок. Акцентується, що країнах Північної Європи була прийнята та ефективно реалізується ціла система антидискримінаційного законодавства. Шляхом заснування спеціальних органів публічної влади у Норвегії, Фінляндії, Ісландії та Швеції повноцінно забезпечуються державні гарантії принципу гендерної соціальної рівності. Визначається позитивність застосування даного досвіду для формування гендерно орієнтованої соціальної політики України. |
| Description: | This paper examines the positive experience of the countries of Northern Europe in the construction of a social policy of gender equality. The normative and legal frameworks of these states are analyzed, in which the mechanisms for ensuring the principle of gender equality are established. Complexity and system aticity in the formulation of strategies and directions of social policy and social practice of the equality of men and women are noted. It is emphasized that a whole system of antidiscrimination legislation has been adopted and is being effectively implemented in the countries of Northern Europe. By establishing special bodies of public authority in Norway, Finland, Iceland and Sweden, state guarantees of the principle of gender social equality and rules of equality are fully ensured. The positivity of applying this experience to the formation of gender-oriented social policy of Ukraine is determined |
