| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The problems of the functioning of the information mechanism of state management by monitoring the state of potentially hazardous objects (PHO) are studied. The vulnerability of computer networks and technical means of communication (from the point of view of the reliability of transmitted messages) during the transmission of information about the state of the software was indicated. From here, the introduction of disinformation, the distortion of transmitted messages, the penetration of virus programs, including for the purpose of carrying out acts of technical terrorism, are possible. |
