| Abstract: | Проаналізовано проблеми реалізації державного регулювання ринку праці молоді в умовах BANI-світу. Визначено шляхи вирішення цих проблем, зокрема, оновлення Стратегії людського розвитку фізичної в Україні із урахуванням закордонного досвіду забезпечення розвитку ринку праці молоді. Дана рекомендація здійснена на підставі досліджених світових трендів розвитку ринку праці та реалізації державної молодіжної політики, частина яких притаманна також й Україні. Серед них виокремлено цифровізацію й інформатизацію молодіжної роботи, важливість ведення здорового способу життя серед молоді, забезпечення її гармонійного розвитку, підтримання місцевих молодіжних ініціатив та ін |
| Description: | The problems of implementing state regulation of the youth labor market in the conditions of the BANI world are analyzed. Ways to solve these problems have been determined, in particular, updating the Strategy of human development of physical in Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience in ensuring the development of the youth labor market. This recommendation is made on the basis of researched global trends in the development of the labor market and the implementation of the state youth policy, some of which are specific to Ukraine as well. Among them, the digitization and informatization of youth work, the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle among young people, ensuring their harmonious development, supporting local youth initiatives, etc. are highlighted |
