| Description: | The article examines the issues of administrative legal and organizational management support of the strategic territorial development of Ukraine, which are relevant at the current stage of socio-economic transformations, and the standard of living of the population depends on their decision. The concept of "administrative-legal institution for ensuring territorial development" is introduced and the peculiarities of its development for the administrations of territorial communities are substantiated, taking into account their competence in the field of development of the subordinate territory |
