| Abstract: | У статті розглядається проблемні питання в управлінні соціальним захистом населення. Система соціального захисту в даний період діє як державна монополія на виконання соціальних послуг, та в наслідок цього ми бачимо низька якість та неефективність розподілу бюджетних коштів, вбачається стагнація та використання застарілих форм та методів роботи. Визначено що проблемне питання невідповідності сучасним світовим практикам організації соціального захисту та низький відсоток впровадження сучасних механізмів у соціальний захист. Усі визначені проблеми можливо вирішити проаналізувавши концепції функціонування соціального захисту населення |
| Description: | The article considers problematic issues in the management of social protection of the population. The social protection system currently operates as a state monopoly on the provision of social services, and as a result, we see low quality and inefficiency in the allocation of budget funds, stagnation and the use of outdated forms and methods of work. It was determined that the issue of inconsistency with modern global practices of the organization of social protection and the low percentage of implementation of modern mechanisms in social protection are problematic. All identified problems can be solved by analyzing the concepts of social protection of the population |
