Технології дистанційного навчання в контексті діджиталізації освітнього процесу: вибір інструментів, контроль якості.

Abstract

The challenges of globalization, the global pandemic crisis, and the war in Ukraine have coincided with the update and adoption of new guidelines for the development of education, which also put forward new requirements for assessing the quality of education. Among them, digitalization is coming to the fore. The massive transition of education to a distance format, together with the rapid development of new technologies and their active implementation in educational processes, has led to an urgent need to create and implement digital tools for assessing the quality of online learning, to select tools for distance learning and quality control. Currently, assessing the quality of online learning is an urgent task at all levels of education. The results of the work reveal the development of new digital testing tools, observation mechanisms, and technologies for monitoring virtual classrooms. In general, the measures proposed in this paper have the potential to reduce the losses caused by the restriction of traditional offline forms of interaction between participants in the educational process, as well as to promote the development and implementation of new learning practices. In this context, it should be noted that learning is not just a physical presence in an educational institution. It is a much broader concept, a process in which educational participants should acquire the most relevant and useful skills. The war in Ukraine has undoubtedly harmed the education system, but it also provides an opportunity to improve skills and abilities aimed at overcoming the crisis and reorganizing education. The issue of digitalization and the transition to an online format makes it necessary to define the goals of this transition. The experience of Ukraine and the EU countries shows that if there is a competent response, abandonment of the old education system, and adaptive solutions to control the quality of distance education, the transition to a new system will guarantee success. In conclusion, it can be summarized that the key priorities of digitalization of the educational process, are the need to choose the right tools and quality control of distance education in times of war.
