| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The goals of the study are to analyze the current social and psychological state of the population of Ukraine; characteristics of the constituent components of the proposed psychological and social rehabilitation and challenges regarding their implementation. Methodologically, the work is based on testimonies and assessments of accomplices of real events, data from preliminary monitoring of the results and consequences of the impact on the affected citizens. The obtained results prove that solving the problems of psychological and social rehabilitation of the population affected by the war in Ukraine is a complex and chronologically permanent task for many years. |
| Опис: | Вирішення завдань психологічної та соціальної реабілітації населення, постраждалого від війни в Україні, є складним та тривалим процесом, що розгортається впродовж багатьох років. Ці виклики, що включають обмеження ресурсів, труднощі в зонах конфлікту, постійну незахищеність, стигматизацію та недостатність моніторингових даних, підсилюють необхідність постійної рішучості, запровадження інновацій та співпраці між державними установами, неурядовими організаціями та міжнародним співтовариством. Визнаючи ці виклики та вирішуючи їх, можливо краще забезпечити цілісну та комплексну відповідь на потреби постраждалих осіб та громад. |
