| Abstract: | Одним із пріоритетних напрямків У роботі органів місцевого самовряду-вання є цивільний захист населення. Гарантією безпеки населення, як складової національної безпеки, має бути ефективна система цивільного захисту, що сформована на рівні територіальної громади. Проаналізовано ризики у сфері ци-вільного захисту на сучасному етапі децентралізації влади і реформування місцевого самоврядування шляхом об’єднання територіальних громад. За ре-зультатами дослідження окреслено основні напрямки вдосконалення організації цивільного захисту населення територіальних громад із метою створення надійного безпекового середовища. |
| Description: | One of the priority areas in the work of local governments is civil protection of the population. The guarantee of the safety of the population, as a component of na-tional security, should be an effective civil protection system formed at the level of the territorial community. The risks in the field of civil protection at the current stage of decentralization of power and reform of local self-government through the unification of territorial communities are analyzed. The results of the study outline the main direc-tions for improving the organization of civil protection of the population of territorial communities in order to create a reliable security environment. |
