| Abstract: | Ключовим маркером прогресу у сфері забезпечення національної безпеки України є удосконалення системи державного управління у сфері цивільного захи-сту. Надійний захист населення, територій, майна і довкілля від надзвичайних ситуацій є невід'ємною складовою державної політики у сфері національної без-пеки. Незважаючи на воєнні дії, Україна продовжує реформування системи і сил цивільного захисту в рамках реалізації Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС. У статті ви-світлено організаційно-управлінські аспекти інтеграції України у європейський безпековий простір. Окреслено напрями удосконалення системи цивільного захи-сту в контексті участі у Механізмі цивільного захисту ЄС для створення надій-ного безпекового середовища. |
| Description: | A key marker of progress in ensuring Ukraine's national security is the im-provement of the state administration system in the field of civil protection. Reliable protection of the population, territories, property and environment from emergencies is an integral part of the state policy in the field of national security. Despite military ac-tions, Ukraine continues to reform the civil protection system and forces within the framework of the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU. The paper highlights the organizational and managerial aspects of Ukraine's integration into the European security space. It outlines the directions for improving the civil protection system in the context of participation in the EU Civil Protection Mechanism to create a reliable security environment. |
