Abstract: The peculiarities of the modern development of Ukrainian society in the legal regime of martial law are due to the complication of economic, social, political and cultural processes. Today, the urgent need for development is crucial for the effective and stable self-assertion of the country, despite he importance of scientific and technical knowledge. Moral qualities of citizens, their intellectual and creative potеntial, ability to act in unpredictable situations, initiative. The key to the success of our country on this path is introduction of new teaching technologies and approaches to the consideration of the development of education, science, culture, changes in the system of economic relations. Modern Ukrainian education faced a difficult double task: to preserve all thе positive achievements and experience of Ukrainian education and enrich its innovative achievements of European and world educational environments, harmoniously coordinate them with Ukrainian realities.
