| Abstract: | The aim is to develop an integrated model of public administration of national security that combines organizational and legal mechanisms, information resources and human resources to improve the effectiveness of strategic planning. The research is based on systemic, institutional, subjective and objective approaches, including content analysis of strategic documents, stakeholder analysis, multi-criteria risk - 280 - assessment and modeling of management scenarios to analyze the interaction of legal, information and personnel components. A model of public administration has been developed that integrates legal, institutional and instrumental subsystems, performance indicators have been identified, the need for coordination between levels of government has been proved, and tools for evaluating management mechanisms have been proposed, which contributes to the sustainability of national security. Further research can be aimed at detailing the mechanisms of interagency cooperation, improving information and analytical systems for threat forecasting, and developing training programs for personnel with due regard to regional peculiarities and new global challenges. |
