| Abstract: | The article identifies the features of the regulatory and legal support of the mechanisms of the state policy of economic development of territorial communities in Ukraine. The assessment of the compliance of the existing regulatory and legal field with the tasks of the state policy of economic development of territorial communities in Ukraine is carried out. The problems and contradictions of the regulatory and legal support of the mechanisms of the state policy of economic development of territorial communities in Ukraine are identified. The directions of improving the regulatory and legal support of the mechanisms of the state policy of economic development of territorial communities in Ukraine in modern conditions are considered. |
