| Abstract: | У статті досліджується трансформація механізмів соціальної консолідації в контексті розвитку мережевих комунікацій та цифрових технологій. Проаналізовано амбівалентний характер мережевих комунікацій, які одночасно створюють нові можливості для соціальної інтеграції через краудфандинг, краудсорсинг та колаборативну фільтрацію, і породжують специфічні ризики фрагментації суспільства. На основі концепцій М. Кастельса, М. Грановеттера та З. Баумана розкрито механізми функціонування соціальних зв'язків у просторі потоків, де слабкі зв'язки набувають особливого значення для формування горизонтальних мереж солідарності. Визначено, що масові самокомунікації створюють нову архітектуру соціальної взаємодії, яка трансформує традиційні форми консолідації суспільства. Обґрунтовано, що мережеві комунікації породжують феномен "нормальних аварій", які є системно зумовленими дисфункціями, що вимагають нових підходів до забезпечення стійкості соціальних зв'язків. Розглянуто специфіку соціальних рухів нового типу, які формуються на основі горизонтальних мережевих структур та використовують цифрові платформи для координації колективних дій. Запропоновано концептуальне розуміння соціальної консолідації як динамічного процесу балансування між інтеграційним та дезінтеграційним потенціалом мережевих комунікацій в умовах плинної сучасності. |
| Description: | The article examines the transformation of social consolidation mechanisms in the context of network communications and digital technologies development. The ambivalent nature of network communications is analyzed, which simultaneously creates new opportunities for social integration through crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and collaborative filtering, and generates specific risks of society fragmentation. Based on the concepts of M. Castells, M. Granovetter and Z. Bauman, the mechanisms of social ties functioning in the space of flows are revealed, where weak ties acquire special significance for the formation of horizontal solidarity networks. It is determined that mass self-communications create a new architecture of social interaction that transforms traditional forms of society consolidation. It is substantiated that network communications generate the phenomenon of "normal accidents", which are systemically determined dysfunctions requiring new approaches to ensuring the stability of social ties. The specificity of new type social movements formed on the basis of horizontal network structures and using digital platforms for collective action coordination is considered. A conceptual understanding of social consolidation as a dynamic process of balancing between the integration and disintegration potential of network communications in conditions of liquid modernity is proposed. |
