The dynamics of manifestation of professionally caused accentuations in employees of the state emergency service of Ukraine

Abstract

Employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES of Ukraine) carry out their professional activities in special conditions that are differ dynamic, real or predictable dangers. In this regard, it is extremely important to study persistent individual-typological characteristics of the individual, which have a prognostic value for professional activities [7; 8]. One of these characteristics of the personality of the rescuer is its accentuation, which means the gain, the Vivid expression of a particular feature. Knowledge of the conditions and factors of the development of professional accentuations, their influence on the success of professional activity is extremely important for the definition of professional contraindications and, conversely, indications of a number of personality characteristics of representatives of risky occupations, including rescue services
