| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the linguistic representation of environmental issue concept in texts of modern Ukrainian online media outlets. The author determines lexical and phraseological items which form the nominative field of this concept and ana- lyzes peculiarities of their representation in news reports of recent Ukrainian online publications. Special consideration is given to means of creating imagery and expres- siveness. Furthermore, the author studies evaluative vocabulary presented in the re- porting texts devoted to environmental issues. |
